GUBERNARE: Journal of Law and Local Governance was established in 2026 as an academic platform dedicated to advancing critical and interdisciplinary scholarship that examines the relationship between law, public policy, and local governance in diverse political, social, and institutional contexts Since its founding, the journal has been committed to peer-reviewed publishing, open access principles, and ethical academic practices in support of inclusive and socially just knowledge production.
