Plagiarism Policy

DESA: Journal of Rural Development and Governance maintains a strict policy against plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts must be original and properly cite all sources. The journal screens submissions using plagiarism detection tools as part of the editorial review process.

Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, excessive similarity, or unacknowledged use of others’ work, will be rejected or withdrawn at any stage of the publication process. The journal takes appropriate action in accordance with ethical publishing standards.
